I'm Mary Flocca

A journey back to yourself.

My ideal clients are people who not only wish to address their mental health, but develop a deeper understanding of oneself. My intention is to help clients achieve relief from symptoms of mental health by working to heal the wounded aspects of themselves. I strive to focus on the individual, not their diagnosis or symptomatology. I have worked alongside clients to address Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Addiction.

I have extensive background working with adolescents and adults, as well as specifically with the first responder population. In addition to my work as a psychotherapist, I have been a yoga teacher for ten years. I specialize in working with the unconscious by analyzing psychological material from both the mind and body. Mind and body are always working in tandem, therefore I incorporate the body therapeutically through embodied awareness and somatic practices including yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
